The awesome berkeley mpeg encoder with PNG support added.
These days you should be using the very nice TMPGEnc encoder instead.

MPEG2 codec
The reference mpeg2 codec with PNG support added.
I stopped publishing this, it was not for playing DVDs, it was for making crappy mpegs. Use TMPGEnc instead, it's very nice.
